Proper installation ensures correct beam aim, waterproof integrity, and electrical reliability.
Power Off: Disconnect battery negative terminal to avoid short circuits.
Remove Obstructions: Open grille or remove front panel if necessary for access.
Inspect Mounting Frame: Ensure brackets are not bent or corroded.
Check New Unit: Verify lens clarity, seal condition, and bulb presence.
Unplug old headlight’s electrical connector carefully.
Remove three mounting screws securing the headlight.
Gently pull out the assembly from the front frame.
Insert the new WG9719720002 into position — align with mounting holes.
Secure with original or new stainless steel screws (torque: ~5–7 Nm).
Reconnect the multi-pin plug firmly until it clicks.
Close any removed panels and reconnect battery.
❗ Critical Step – Perform Headlight Alignment
Use the adjustment screw(s) located on the back of the headlamp.
Park vehicle on level ground, 5–10 meters from a wall.
Adjust vertical aim so that:
Low beam cutoff line is slightly downward (to avoid blinding oncoming traffic)
Left and right beams are at same height
Optional: Use professional headlight alignment machine for precision.
