Inspect new gear: Check for cracks, chipped teeth, distorted splines, or surface pitting.
Clean all components: Remove old grease, debris, and carbon buildup from housing and mating parts.
Prepare tools: Dial gauge, micrometer, torque wrench, gear press, magnetic particle inspection (if available).
Disassemble Differential Carrier:
Drain gear oil and remove cover.
Mark housing halves for orientation.
Remove Old Axle Gear (AZ9981320166):
Extract carefully without damaging bearing seats or ring gear.
Install New Gear:
