Preparation:
Lift the vehicle safely using jack stands; ensure rear axle is unloaded.
Remove wheels and disassemble the rear leaf spring front shackle assembly.
Disassembly:
Loosen and remove mounting bolts securing LG9715521121 to the frame rail.
Extract the shackle pin and take out the old bracket.
Inspect surrounding frame area for cracks or deformation.
Assembly:
Clean the mounting surface on the frame; remove rust or debris.

Insert high-tensile bolts (Grade 10.9 recommended); do not fully tighten yet.

Recheck torque after 500 km of driving
Lubrication Setup:
Attach grease gun to zerk fitting (if equipped)
Pump lithium-based EP2 grease until fresh grease appears at edges
