Name1
Name2
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Operating Voltage | 24V DC – Standard for heavy-duty truck electrical systems |
| Voltage Range | 20–28V DC (compatible with battery fluctuations during engine start) |
| Power Consumption | Approx. 10–15W |
| Coil Insulation Class | Class H (resistant to high temperatures up to 180°C) |
| Valve Function | 2 Position / 3 Way (2/3): • Port 1: Air In (from reservoir) • Port 2: Outlet to actuator • Port 3: Exhaust |
| Flow Path | Normally Closed (NC) – no airflow when de-energized; opens when powered |
| Response Time | < 50 ms – ensures rapid system response |
| Working Medium | Clean, dry compressed air (oil-free preferred) |
| Operating Pressure Range | 0.4 MPa to 0.8 MPa (58–116 psi) |
| Connection Type | P99 quick-connect air fitting (standard pneumatic interface) |
| Electrical Connector | 2-Pin plug (ISO 4165 or equivalent), male/female depending on variant |
| Sealing Material | EPDM or Viton (FKM) seals – resistant to heat, oil, and aging |
| Body Material | Aluminum alloy or cast iron housing for durability and corrosion resistance |
| Protection Rating | IP65 or IP67 – dust-tight and protected against water jets or temporary immersion |
| Weight | 0.1 kg – 0.25 kg (ultra-lightweight design) |
| Service Life | Rated for over 1,000,000 cycles under normal operating conditions |
⚠️ WARNING: Ensure air system is depressurized and power is disconnected before servicing.
Turn off ignition and disconnect battery negative terminal.
Release pressure from air system by manually operating related functions (e.g., lower cab).
Close air supply valve if equipped.
Locate the solenoid valve near the target actuator (e.g., behind dash for cab lift, near transmission for PTO).
Remove protective cover or bracket if necessary.
Unplug electrical connector (2-pin).
Disconnect air lines using proper tool for P99 fittings — do not pull hoses directly.
Label ports if replacing multiple valves.
Unscrew mounting bolts or release clips.
Carefully extract the unit without damaging surrounding wiring.
Mount new valve securely using original hardware.
Reconnect air lines to correct ports:
IN (1) → From air tank (via regulator)
OUT (2) → To cylinder/actuator
EX (3) → Exhaust to atmosphere (ensure clear path)
Plug in electrical connector firmly.
Reconnect battery.
Apply 24V signal (manually or via switch).
Listen for audible "click" — indicates coil activation.
Confirm actuator movement (e.g., cab rises/lifts, PTO engages).
