Preparation
Park vehicle on level ground and secure with wheel chocks.
Lift front axle using hydraulic jack and supports; fully unload front leaf springs.
Remove wheels if necessary for access.
Disassembly
Loosen and remove all mounting bolts (M16) connecting WG9731520082 to the frame.
Extract the front shackle pin (after removing cotter pin or retaining clip).
Carefully separate the leaf spring eye from the bracket.

New Bracket Installation

Lubrication
